New Enrollment Option
The Adams County Programs Committee is working with the Adams County Extension Office to offer another alternative when paying for enrollments.
For those that prefer to pay by credit card the Programs Committee will process the payment for your enrollments. Just click, pay, and print a copy of the receipt and include it with your enrollment forms, we'll take care of the rest!
A Good Cause
For each enrollment purchased through the Programs Committee a portion of the proceeds will help support some of the many Adams County 4-H activities in the coming year!
2008 4-H Enrollment (New Members)- $25.00/ea
2008 4-H Re-enrollment (Existing members includes late fee) - $35.00/ea
Enrollment Forms are available online through the Adams County Extension Office.
